Blast Barrier

Blast barriers are modular welded wire mesh systems filled with sand, stone or other local materials to provide effective explosion protection and perimeter security in high-risk areas.
The barrier structure is designed to absorb blast pressure, reduce fragment impact and enhance site protection, making it widely used in military bases, border security, oil and gas facilities and critical infrastructure projects.
Combined with geotextile fabric, the blast barrier system offers excellent stability, durability and rapid deployment performance for both temporary and permanent security applications.

Blast barriers are manufactured from high-quality low carbon steel wire with wire diameters ranging from 2.2mm to 4.0mm, providing excellent strength, flexibility and structural stability.
Surface treatments include hot-dip galvanized, Galfan coated, PVC coated and PE coated finishes to ensure superior corrosion resistance and long service life in harsh outdoor and high-risk environments.
The welded wire mesh system is produced using heavily zinc-coated steel wire in accordance with EN 10244 and ASTM A 641 standards. For aggressive environments, an additional PVC coating is applied to enhance weather resistance, durability and protection performance.
