Wide stainless steel mesh width

2021-11-22
The stainless steel meshes we use are all intermediate products in the industry. Due to the limitations of the screen weaving machine, we can only produce stainless steel meshes of one meter or a fixed number of meters.
Wide stainless steel mesh width
Of course, buyers only sell stainless steel meshes with a fixed width for a long time. This constitutes market rules. If you don't specify how wide the screen is, you consider it to be a one-meter stainless steel screen, and a stainless steel screen larger than 1 meter is called a stainless steel wide screen. Now, the existing stainless steel wire mesh looms have been able to produce wide webs. With the development of science and technology and the progress of consumer purchase, the market demand for stainless steel wide meshes is also increasing. Most operators will reprocess the stainless steel mesh, cut or punch or various shapes to make various final products.
At this point, the question arises, how to reduce scraps. For example: You want to cut a 1-meter stainless steel mesh into a 40 cm square, and after cutting into two pieces, 20 cm of scraps are left. This is a waste.
The 1.2-meter wide net is just right, 1.6 meters can be cut into 4 pieces, which not only saves costs, but also reduces operation time. Due to the limitation of the production process, products above 1.7 meters will add manufacturing costs. Regarding the purchase of stainless steel mesh for cutting and cutting into products, stainless steel wide mesh is undoubtedly more suitable.
