1. Galvanized wire is also divided into hot-dip galvanized wire and cold galvanized wire (galvanized zinc wire). The difference is that hot-dip galvanizing is hot dip galvanizing in molten zinc bath. The production speed is fast, the coating thickness is not uniform. The lowest allowable thickness of the market is 45 microns, up to 300 microns above. The color is dark, it consumes more zinc metal and forms the penetration layer with the matrix metal. It has good corrosion resistance. The production speed is slow, the coating is uniform, and the thickness is thin. It is usually only 3-15 microns, the appearance is bright, and the corrosion resistance is poor, usually it will rust in a few months. Compared with hot galvanizing, the production cost of electrogalvanizing is low.
