Specification and size of pre-painted galvanized sheet

Relevant product standards list the recommended standard thickness, length, width and allowable deviation of color-coated galvanized sheet. Generally speaking, the thicker the color-coated galvanized sheet, the greater the allowable error, instead of the fixed 0.02-0.04 mm. The thickness deviation also has different requirements according to the yield, tensile coefficient, etc. The length and width deviation is generally 5mm. The thickness is generally between 0.4-3.2.

　　 (1) Surface condition: Color-coated galvanized sheet has different surface conditions due to the different treatment methods in the coating process, such as ordinary spangles, fine spangles, flat spangles, zinc-free spangles, and phosphate-treated surfaces. German standards also provide for surface grades.
 

　　 (2) The color-coated galvanized sheet should have a good appearance, and there must be no defects that are harmful to the use of the product, such as no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive plating thickness, scratches, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc.
 

　　 Standard value of zinc coating: The zinc coating is a commonly used effective method to express the thickness of the zinc layer of galvanized sheet. The unit of the amount of zinc plating is g/m2.
