What are the factors that affect the perforated mesh?

Perforated screen mesh is widely used in transportation and municipal facilities such as highways, railways,ceilings and sound-absorbing materials for buildings,also used for decorative orifice plates or protective covers for mechanical equipment.

So what are the factors affecting the perforated mesh?

1.Aperture, generally speaking, the aperture should be greater than or equal to the thickness of  plate, it must fit the aperture principle. The similar the hole diameter you require to the thickness of the plate,lt it is more difficult to process and produce higher the processing cost. The  aperture can reach min 0.08mm.

 

2.Plate selection, thin plate is easier to use for perforated,its price is lower. On the premise of conforming to the principle of aperture, the appropriate thickness of the sheet is more conducive to increasing the ability of mesh to accept the compressive strength.

 

3.Tolerance of sheet material.The thickness of the sheet that can be perforated is between 0.1mm-25mm. The standard of the board is generally 1000mm*2000mm, 1000mm*N meter coil.

 

4.Hole spacing, center-to-center distance is the distance from the center of a hole to the center of another hole close to it.

 

5.Porosity,it refers to the ratio of the hole area to the total area, it can be expressed as a percentage. The pressure of the perforated equipment can cause the sheet to deform. The greater the opening rate, the more obvious the deformation of the sheet.
