Galvanized welded wire mesh panel

Galvanized welded wire mesh panel is the main product of our factory. In order to facilitate new and old customers more comprehensive understanding of this products, and I would like to introduce the production process of galvanized welded wire mesh panel.

1.Wire mesh wire needed for wire rod drawing, annealing, and drawing.

2.When the black iron wire is ready, it will be straightened and cut into warp and weft threads with a professional straightening machine.

3.After the warp and weft wires are arranged, the machine will be changed according to the mesh. The technician will adjust the machine according to the specifications. Ensure that the firepower is moderate, so that the galvanized welded wire mesh panel will not be welded or broken.

4.After the production is finished, the  welded wire mesh panel will be handed over to the galvanizing plant for processing. The hot galvanizing plant will passivate the weld mesh by acid and then apply zinc.
